Hope and Change
Last week I had the opportunity to hear Ty Bennett speak on the Power of Influence at CHART’s 86th Hospitality Training Leadership Conference in Miami. Although there were many “take aways” from his presentation, I was most struck by the video he shared — “Lost Generation”. It is both thought provoking and inspiring. We all have the power to influence and affect positive change. We need to invest and show interest in people. Be present, ask questions and listen. There is great hope for our future.
