What will I need to participate?

All participants must be on their own individual computer with cameras on. You will be provided with a Learning Journal. In addition, just bring an open mind an commitment to improving how you lead

Will this really work for leaders?

Yes, especially if you’ve never had formal leadership training or want to sharpen your skills. The workshop is build for real-world application.

What happens after the workshop?

You’ll leave with a 90 day action plan you can apply immediately.  You’ll also have teh option to explore personalized coaching support to continue building your leadership toolkit and make lasting changes.

Can I attend just one of the half day sessions?

Single sessions are not available.

Will there be make-up sessions?

All the participants must be available for all four sessions. There will not be make-up sessions. However, a lot of information from each session sis in the Learning Journal that all participants recieve at the beginning of the program.

Will there be breaks?

Yes, there are two 10 – 15 minutes breaks during each four hour session.

Will the power point be shared and/or will there be a recording?

Every participants receivesn a Learning Journal for notes and to complete the activities. Much of the infomraiton on the power point is in the Learning Journal. The power point is not share adn the sessions are not recorded.

Can more than one person attend from the same registration?

Each participant must be separately registered.  Every participant must be on their own individual computer and on camera druing the class This helps to simulate, as much as possible, the feeling of an in-person program.
